Christmas is edging closer and closer, and time is running out for buying Christmas presents. We expect our Gadget Deal of the Week will be more useful now than ever before!
This week, Gadget Inspector is offering these awesome RC Cars for just £28.99 each. This makes for quite a saving - the RC Mercedes SLK and RC Porsche 911 usually cost £39.99, while the RC Audi TT is normally £49.99!
So if you want to save as much as £21 on this year's Christmas presents, Gadget Inspector is the place to be. These RC cars are as sleek and stylish as remote control toys come, but if you're not too keen on RC cars, come back next week for a new Gadget Deal of the Week. It's Christmas - we just can't help ourselves!
These cool Christmas toys let you do battle in the living room!
Nothing brightens up Boxing Day like a full-blown war in the front room! Gadget Inspector’s got a clutch of combative Christmas toys that you and/or your kids are sure to love playing with, so if you think you fancy waging war this December, read on!
The brilliant Remote Control Battle Tanks are the perfect pair of Christmas toys for battle-hungry boys and girls. They come as a set, so you and your son/brother/granddad can start battling from the moment you open the box! The battle tanks have an infra-red system that can detect when your enemy has landed a hit on you, and they feature (as all good Christmas toys do) flashing lights and cool sound effects. Take aim and blow your opponent away!
Still, if tanks are a little bit ordinary for your tastes, we have other battling Christmas toys - perhaps the Combat Creatures Attacknid would be more to your liking. The Attacknid is a chunky remote control robot that walks like a spider, shoots foam discs, and comes covered in battle armour that pops off when another Attacknid hits you with a disc. Get one Attacknid for your kids and one for yourself, and celebrate the season with a futuristic robot war on Christmas morning! The Attacknids feature an innovative Battle Brain system – shoot your opponent’s armour off and land three hits on his robot’s brain to de-activate his Attacknid and be crowned King of the Christmas Toys that Fight Each Other!
If all that sounds a bit hectic, we’ve got plenty of calmer Christmas toys that you might find more appealing. Check out our Remote Control section for more RC awesomeness, or our Toys & Games department for a more traditional kind of Christmas fun.
Everybody needs a wallet. Even if you've evolved beyond the use of coins and paper as payment, you still need a wallet - where else would you keep those high-tech bits of plastic that pay for everything?
That's why a wallet will always make a great Christmas present. Even if your giftee already has a wallet, they're sure to appreciate a cool new one. And even if they're super-attached to their current wallet, it can't hurt to have two! Either way, nobody will be able to resist Gadget Inspector's collection of awesome novelty wallets. Whether you go for the comic book route with the Batman Logo Wallet or the classic cartoon path with the Fred Flintstone Wallet, a Gadget Inspector wallet will make a beautiful new home for somebody's cash.
There are several wallets to choose from here at Gadget Inspector (we haven't even mentioned our Superman Wallets), so if you know someone who's always misplacing their money, give them the gift of a Gadget Inspector wallet and bring them some financial peace of mind this Christmas.
If you've been getting your gadgets from Gadget Inspector for a while now, you'll know that we like to run a gadget competition every now and then. Our latest gadget competition will see one lucky Twitterer winning a Remote Control Flying Shark - it could be a great Christmas present for the kids, or you could just play with it yourself!
If you fancy winning an awesome Air Swimmers Flying Shark, all you have to do is go to the Gadget Inspector Twitter page, follow us, and retweet our last Tweet (this Gadget Competition Tweet). You've got until Friday to enter, at which point we'll pull a name out of our Gadget Hat and announce the winner on Twitter.
So what are you waiting for? Follow the Gadget Twitter now, and retweet to win! You could be steering your own flying shark around before Christmas!
December is well and truly underway, and the rush for Christmas presents has begun in earnest. Perhaps you've already decided what you're going to buy everyone, but if you've still got some gaps on your list that are proving frustratingly difficult to fill, Gadget Inspector is more than happy to help!
An RC robot, for example, makes a fine Christmas present no matter how old the recipient is. The Inflatable Remote Control Android, with its bright colours and easy controls, makes a great present for kids, but adults too are guaranteed to have loads of fun with the squishy green RC robot. He goes in all directions and if you knock him over, he'll get straight back up again - who could resist that never-say-die spirit?
And if you want a slightly more sci-fi RC robot to play with on Christmas morning, check out our Inflatable Remote Control R2D2. If you're in need of Christmas presents for a die-hard Star Wars fan, Artoo is just as squishy, easy to steer, and fun to play with as the Android. So whether you go for the Android or R2D2, your Christmas is sure to be a whole lot cooler if you add an RC robot to the mix!
